We offer a comprehensive two-year training plan for newly qualified pharmacists which includes;

  • Supporting you through your first two years of practice through a mix of e-learning, study days and self-directed study with the aim of enabling you to build on your confidence and competence as per the RPS Foundation Framework
  • The programme is designed to support you to become better equipped to adapt and deliver safe and effective patient care, and overcome the challenges of your early career
  • One to one support with our Pharmacist Training Manager to mentor and support you with supervised learning events, providing feedback, and help you to develop and demonstrate competence in core areas of pharmacy practice
  • Demonstration of the learning outcomes, skills and competence required for enhanced and advances services that will prepare you for the IP course in the second year of this programme, subject to funding. 

We are looking for Relief Pharmacists and Pharmacist Managers to work in our stores across the South East whilst having on hand support from a range of departments such as HR, Services, Compliance, and our dedicated Training Department.

In addition to the above we also offer a competitive salary, 6.6 weeks holiday (inc BH), full payment of GPhC fees, bonus payment on services and private medical insurance.
